Started in January 2021, BOTL’D is a Black and LGBTQ+ owned, artisanal, small-batch, ready-to-drink cocktail company that provides unique and delicious cocktails for every occasion. The Story

It all started during the pandemic, when Greg began developing his home bar and curating craft cocktails for friends. This led to a desire to own a booze truck called “Tafya”.

Tafya — meaning alcohol in Haitian creole — would pay homage to Greg’s Haitian roots, incorporate his love of making cocktails, and would specialize in making Haitian-inspired drinks for pickup or delivery. However, after some initial research into buying a truck and starting Tafya, Greg’s dream seemed unreachable.

However, after a swift pivot the creation of the trendy name, logo, and tagline launched BOTL'D with its Season 1 Tastes in January 2021.

It's been a rollercoaster, but BOTL'D is a labor of resilience and legacy-building.

Originally from Boston, MA, and the son of Haitian immigrants, Greg uses his Caribbean culture, 10+ years in the hospitality industry, and extensive travel experiences to inspire his cocktail creations. A speakeasy is a must when vacationing. He is the cocktail curator behind all BOTL’D handcrafted cocktails. Additionally, he brings with him a wealth of customer experience and technical skills.
